Chelsea is the oldest daughter she was a product of teenage pregnancy board several years before Dotty and Jimmy met and in return ended up in the same situation having little Jimmy at 16 she treats him more like a little brother then a son.

Chelsea is somewhere between Holly and Becky and intelligence and common sense she's not stupid but uses stupidity to get her way a lot of the time Lacking in common sense and life goals.

She basically lives day today with her mother and stepfather Jimmy footing the bill as she attempts to find herself through schooling and friends. She has a knack for changing her career goals frequently and sometimes at the drop of a hat.



She is definitely bipolar in a sense with moments of energy and excitement that fuel her productivity at some point to where she behaves erratically and impulsively often making poor decisions due to unrealistic ideas about the future which are interspersed with periods of normal movements because of this her sisters basically leave her out of most battles and problems and Jimmy and Dotty  pretty much raised little Jimmy as her younger brother.
