Tim Grill- Jimmy best friend is his neighbor, who is also a teacher at the high school. Tim teacher earth science to freshman and those kids not actually advancing too well in school. Tim suffers from spina bifida, but that does not hold him back in any way from chasing the ladies and attempting to help Jimmy coach after school. Tim has no problem making fun of his disability as well as the disabilities and problems of others. Jimmy has to keep Tim in check most of the time. In some sort of a strange way Tim is almost a forth child in Jimmy's life.
